Is My Treatment With Stemetil For Nausea And Sedoxil For Anxiety Appropriate, And Will It Help Me Recover?

Hello, About a week and a half ago I had a panic attack. I was in hospital for 4 days due to anxiety and tachycardia. I was prescribed a medication Stemetil for 9 days to take periodically in doses of 3 a day for 3 days, 2 a day for 3 days and 1 a day for 3 days for the nausea. I was also prescribed sedoxil 5mg for when I had anxiety. I finished the nausea treatment and started feeling nauseous again. I took sedoxil only once yesterday because I started to feel anxious when I feel sick again and panic when I am left alone. I would like to know if this way I will get well and if this treatment is correct. Thank you very much.
