Is My Ulrasound Report Findings Normal?

in my 24weeks pregnancy i had ulrasound and my report is as follow. is it normal?
BPD 57.1mm
HC 210mm
OFD 74.2mm
AC 182mm
FL39.2mm
gestation single
presentation TR.LIE
placenta posterior
Amniotic fluid Adequate
PL GRADE 1
anatomy survey normal
anamalies nil
EFW 544+/- 82grams

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

According to the reports you have single live fetus and fetal age is 24 weeks.
Maturity parameters are not mentioned in respect of weeks.You can ask your radiologist to mention fetal maturity parameters like BPD,FL,HC,AC in respect of weeks.
Rest of the findings are normal.
Liquor is adequate in amount.
Fetal heart rate is 142 beats/min.It is normal.
Placenta is posterior in position with grade 1 maturity.
Estimated fetal weight by USG is 544 grams.
No congenital anomoly noted.
