Is My Uterus Ultrasound Scan Report Normal?

hi, i m 33 years old , until now im not pregnant, im just wondering on my ultra sound report that my uterus 42.1mm x 38.6mmx42.8mm ,cervix: 31.7mmx25.5mm, R-ovary ; 29.8mmx18.3mm L-ovary: 31.6mmx21.9mm is this normal ? and also i have bilateral polycystic ovaries. my ob-gyn advice me to take diane 35 in 3 months and now im done on 2nd pack , waiting on my period april 26 to may 02 , 7 days with no pill, and also im taking folic acid. is there a chance on my situation that i can pregnant after the medication?

Hi.. I am not very happy seeing your ultrasound report. Ya uterus size is one concern its on lower side than normal.
You could have mentioned the third measurement of ovary and follicle number in each ovary which is helpful in finding PCOS.
you can ask your doctor for a couple of months of hormone replacement therapy (estrogen and progesterone) before starting any form of treatment.
