Is My Wife Having Dizziness Due To Skipping Her Zapiz 0.25 Mg Tablet?
After pregnancy my wife got high BP hence doctor advised her to take zapiz 0.25 mg everyday at night. Yesterday night she skipped the tablet. Morning she got dizziness once, her head was also heavy. Again when she tried to sleep on left side she got dizziness. When she sleep right side or in satnding position she does not feel deeziness. I sit beacuse of skipping tablet last night? What may the reason?

Zapiz is an anti-anxiety drug and is not the drug to treat high BP. It is used to treat anxiety, restlessness and insomnia.
It is also not recommended in pregnancy.
Skipping the dose usually does not cause any side effects but taking an extra tablet can cause dizziness.
I would suggest you to get your wife's blood pressure checked again. BP, low or high, can cause dizziness. If the BP is persistently high, proper drug treatment would have to be started.
