Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

Myelogram is a procedure where contrast is injected in to the spinal canal and X ray images taken. A temporary numbness to the legs or lower back pain may be experienced. In most cases this resolves in 3 days or 72 hours. However, if you are experiencing the symptoms even after 2 weeks then you should have a detailed discussion with your doctor. It is important that you do not undertake any high risk activity at the moment during which you can hurt yourself or those around you. Please be cautious while you move about and have another person accompany you when required. This should have gone away by now and in rare cases can take a few weeks to disappear.
