Is Myomectomy Only Way To Treat Multiple Fibriods?

HI, i am 31yrs,weighing 56kg at 5.3in tall. i was diagnoised with two multiple fibriods three years ago (intramural and subserous). they are now 8.5cm and 7cm,reaching some inches above my belle botton when i lie on my back. i haven't had children yet but will l love to have starting this year and am scared of going for myomectomy as that was what my doctor recommended.
