Is Nausea,cramping And Dizziness Normal After Abortion And How Much Time Does It Takes For These Symptoms To Go?

I just had an abortion 4 days ago, at the time i had the abortion i had a little red blood bleeding but not much, then after a day i only had brown discharge, until today, its like spotting only. Today i had some discharge like a blood clot but just small. I was taking methergen for two days but stopped because im not bleeding, i just continued taking antibiotics. My pregnancy symptoms are still there like I still feel nauseous and dizzy and feel like vomitting , sensitive smell. I dont have abdominal pains, a little cramping only. Is this normal? When should be the maximum time to not feel nauseous anymore to know if there is no complication?thank you
