Is Neck And Elbow Pain With Fatigue Sign Of Fatigue Syndrome?

i have recently been diagnosed with Diarrhoea prodominant IBS, however I feel I may also have chronic fatigue syndrome as I get neck pain, elbow pain, feel constantly exhuasted, headaches and I have poor sleep during the night and still feel tired even if ive had 8/9 hours. Im a 28 year old male.
