Is Negative Quantitative Real-Time PCR Test After 18 Days Of Sexual Exposure Conclusive?

Dear doctor, I am tirtha from india , I had an event on dated 08.09.2015. during my night stay with a prostitude i have done sex three times with condom. After one session i removed the condom, then she washed her vagina and then i washed my hand with same bucket water and after some time i weared another condom for 2nd session. similarly weared 3rd condom for third session after washing hand. After 21 days of my event i feeling fever occasionally, when measured it was below 99F and continuing till now. then i got hairy leukoplakia and it gets ok within five days. i also have oral thrush which is existing still now (08.10.2015), there is also a sore throat till now. feeling excess tiredness some time. My both side of the toungue is red. after 18 days of my event i did Real time quantitative pcr for hiv and result was Negative. Then after 30th day of incident (08.10.2015) i did hiv1/2 antibody test including p24 antigen.( CMIA -METHOD) in Dr lal path lab. The result was non reactive and value was 0.07. Now i am very much worried. please give me some suggestion. on dated 29.09.2015 i went to doctor for sore throat and i did not tell him about my incident but just shown the thorat. He told me that it is viral phyryonus and gave me medicine. forcef cv 500 , Monvoc, Limcee. After taking all the medicine i feel not well. Medicine reacts on my hand and leg. so stopped medicine.
