Is Neosporin Sufficient To Treat Irritation In Ears Scabbed Due To Stretched Ears?

Hi I have stretched ears and I noticed some scabbing so I have been using neosporin. I just took the earing out today to find the whole thing was covered in this gunk and that the earlobe has what looks like cut or irritation that is bleeding. What should I do to help it heal?

hello. first thing is that you will have to stop wearing the earing . you can change your ointment to mupirocin ointment and can apply it after cleaning the area with warm water 3-4 times a day , if this does not work , meet your ENT doctor as you may need antibiotics. thanks
