Is Neurology Test Necessary For Frequent Giddiness?

My wife is feeling often giddiness , And she also feels uncomfortable during giddiness.

Different tests has been carried out and the report of doctor is normal.

Kindly advise what to do, whether to carryout the Neuroligy test for the same.
