Is Nexito Forte Suggested In Case Of Panic Disorder?

Hi im male 26 from india. I have been suffering from panic disorder from last 6 months, I used nexito forte 10 for 3 mnths after that its ok but recently my heart beat increases and getting panic, without consultation of doctor I have used it for 3 days it seems to be good but after 1week the problem started agin. What shoul I do? Is this problem persist in my entire life? Am I eligible to do marry? Is this causes other disorders like bp or diadetics?
