Is No Hunger But Stomach Feeling Empty An Insulin Reaction ?

I m a 19 year old female and I think I m having an insulin reaction. I can t eat and don t feel hungry at all, but my stomach feels completely empty. I haven t been able to eat other than once in the last three days. I m dizzy and feel completely disoriented. I feel like my breathing is shallow. I woke up at 4 a.m. feeling like this and have tried eating and have been drinking a steady amount of water. Is there anything I can do?
