Is No Periods, Baby Bumps, Spotting, Heavy Flow, Back Pain A Pregnancy?
hi, im think im about 23 weeks pregnant, havent had a + test, but i have all the symptoms, including the biggies- no period since sept. getting a huge baby bump and feeling fetal movement- doctors refuse to see me, and i have no insurance so going to the hospital is a nono. this isnt why im worried though, the othernight i was intimate, i woke up and had been spotting through the night. at first i thought it was nothing to worry about but the bleeding has continued and is now bright red and mildy heavy flow. i am also having lower back pain. there are no clots and no severe cramping. help me please?
All symptoms of pregnancy you have explained are normal and you need not worry about them.
However, the bleeding after sexual relations which is progressive and without pain is an issue of concern. Such antepartum haemorrhage (APH) is always a serious condition. It may lead to life threatening bleeding. You seem to have placenta praevia.
Please rush to a hospital ASAP. You need to undergo ultrasonography to confirm the diagnosis. If it is placenta praevia, you may have to stay in the hospital till your delivery. Please do not ignore for the want of insurance. Report to your Obstetrician ASAP. This seems to be an emergency. And any emergency case cannot be refused by any hospital for the want of money.
I hope I have convinced you to my best possible capacity.
