Hi
Dr. Purushottam welcomes you to HCM virtual clinic.
I have gone through your query.
I think I have understood your concern, I will try to suggest you the best possible treatment options.
1]From your history, first cesarean was done as an acute emergency, called fetal distress.
2] If in this pregnancy baby's head descends down in the birth passage and your scar of previous cesarean has not thinned out; then concerned gynecologist will try for vaginal birth.
3] In case the scar is thinned out , as will be seen in USG or you start feeling pain over the scar- scar tenderness, then doctor will have to take decision of cesarean again.
4] Usually qualified gynecologists with good experience in their field are competent to handle such situations.
5] The ultimate aim is to have safe mother and healthy baby going home from the nursing home.
Wish you best of luck. May you be blessed with Bundle of Joy.
I hope my answer helps you.
Thanks.
