Is Normal Delivery Possible When Nuchal Cord Present At 37 Weeks?

I am 37 weaks pregnant and in scan I found that my baby is with cord around its neck.... And this is my second baby... My cervix length is 4.2.... Can I give birth virginally.... Is there any complications during labour.... Pls answer I am worried.... (my first baby is normal delivery)

Hello,

Usually in such a situation, the doctor waits for the cord to go away by itself. If not then he will try to take it off during labor. If not then a section cesarean surgery might be necessary.
