Is Nose Bleeding After An Injury A Serious Cause For Concern?
when i was walking in to my house i turned sharply and hit my nose on the door. It didnt bleed very much at all and hurt pretty bad. Now, an hour later it doesnt hurt very much and i dont see any bruising. DId I do something serious to my nose or will this just go away?

By impact on hard object there might be presence of muscles strain or soft tissue strain of nose area.
For that ibuprofen 200 mg BD can be prescribed for three days.
Hot compress useful for that.
If bleeding present or swelling present and pain more than doctor consultation needed otherwise it will resolve with time.
