Greetings of the day

After discontinuation of depo, it takes a period ranging from 3-6 months for the periods to regularize to normal level.
There is no cause for concern.
The ovaries will take over the function and the periods will regluarize. Its unlikely you are pregnant when the pregnancy test done on multiple occasion are negative.

In case you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Wishing you happy and healthy life
