Is Not Wearing A Bra For Heavy Breasts Causing Tingling In My Breast To Fingers?

I am 48, overweight (230) with large breasts (42DD). Recently I have experienced tingling down both arms from breasts to fingertips that is relieved (somewhat) when I wear a bra. However, under the right armpit, and right side of breast, I have had numbness for 4 days. I am home-bound, and rarely wear a bra. My exercise is at the computer or walking the dogs a block.
