Is Noticeable Reduction In The Size Of A Previously Bulky Uterus According To An Ultrasound Scan A Good Find?

4 years ago I was told I had a bulky uterus measuring 116 x 59 x 42mm. A recent ultra sound showed my uterus is now 102 x 40 x 51 mm so it s now smaller. Is that good? I have also been told I now have Atypical glandular cells of undetermined significance could this be connected to the bulky uterus? I had severe dysplasia cells removed 18 years ago and have had good pap smear results til now. I m 51 and peri menopausal.
