Is Numb Arms With Swollen Fingers Common In Anemic Patients?

I awake every morning with my right arm numb and have pain in the elbow. My fingers are also swollen. this is only on the right arm and fingers. I am 48 years old and in general good health. I do not smoke and am a social drinker. I am anemic but do not take any medication.
