Is Numbness In Arm Related To Pain In Upper Knee?

I get recurring numbness in my right arm and within a weeks time I develope a pain in my upper glut on the right side it goes down to the back of my knee and is so tender and painful it hurts to wear clothes. I am not sure if the two are related or not but it is painful. I had an injury to my should 17 years ago and I know that can be part of my shoulder pain possibly. As a possible side note I have chrons disease.
