Is Numbness In Upper Left Teeth Post An Injury A Concern?

I fell off my bicycle about 10 days ago and got a badly bruised left eye.I am not experiencing any pain and the bruising is almost cleared up. But I have numbness in my upper left front teeth (like you get when you get freeze from dentist). Will this clear up and if so when?

Hi..
Welcome to HCM..

As per your complain numbness in the area of upper front teeth seems to be due to trauma to terminal nerve endings secondary to trauma causing the following symptoms..

It can also be due to traumatic injury and damage/ fracture to upper front teeth..

I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like x ray can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..

As of now do alternate warm an cool compresses over the lip..
Take Vitamin B complex supplements..

Hope this helps..

Regards.
