Is Numbness Near The Nose With Slight Bump On Cheekbone After A Fall Concerning?

I had a large heavy vase fall on my right cheekbone and received a black eye and cheek, the swelling has gone down and the blackness, but I still feel numbness on my right lip and near my nose, I feel a slight bump below my eye on my cheekbone, if this something to be con cerned about.
