Is Numbness On The Toe Normal During Cardio Workouts?

my middle toe on my right foot became numb while doing cardio. it envolved being on my toes quite a bit but also does it when i wear extremely high heels for over 6 hrs. its my 1st time during a work out session ,is this something i should be concerned about?
