Is Nutrilite Supplement Advisable For Paralysis Patients?

Hello Dr. My mother is 70+ age, weight 57. Recently she got a heart attack and paralysis attack.. She had a stent placed in heart and she is diabetic and after this she also has kidney problems, now she is too weak.. so please guide me nutrilite supplement is best for her or not.
