Is Odourless Menstruation A Cause For Concern?

Hello Doctor... Am trying to conceive and had unprotected sex with my husband everyday.. unfortunately I did not conceiv it seems.. got my period! Usually my period had that rusty smell.. but this time it is odorless.. is there anything to worry about?

I can understand your concern. If your vaginal discharge smells foul, then only you need to feel concerned as it may indicate presence of infection. Odorless periods or discharge is not a cause of concern.
