Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Tablet mifepristone is to be followed within 24 to 48 hours by tablet misoprostol. You have not taken proper dosage. These medicines are prescription medicines and need to be taken after gynecologist's advice. If it is already more than 48 hours since you have taken mifepristone, please repeat the whole course again after gynecologist's advice. These medicines are recommended to terminate the pregnancy up to 9 weeks of gestation.
These medicines cause developmental errors in the baby. You have already taken 1 tablet. So you should not continue with the pregnancy. If these medicines fail to terminate the pregnancy, please get it aborted by some surgical method like MVA aspiration or suction evacuation.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
