Is One-sided Pain In The Head Related To Sinus Issues?

hi my doughter have problem of synus.she cant go to school ,she cant read because of this broblem mostly it effects in the morning .she is 13 years old .this effects her right side of her head,eyes,nose now ear also.please tell me is this a problem of synus

Complete history and examination is important to declare it
If she I have lost nasal drip nasal obstruction rhinorrhea sneezing ,facial congestion or pain headache it might be sinusitis,there as eustachian tubes which have in opening in nasopharynx and other in middle ear ,recurrent episode of sinusitis leads to pressure changes across the tube which affect ear and can cause ear problems.
Examination should be done to rule out cause of nasal obstruction like septal deviation ,turbinate hypertrophy, polyp etc
