Is One-sided Pain On The Torso After A Fall A Concern?

I fell about 3 weeks ago. Right side of sacral and buttocks. Soft bump that went away quickly. Didn t hurt for a week and half. Now it hurts to sit on that side, laying down ... can t seem to get comfortable. Hurts to bend up right leg to get into car, putting pants or socks on is excruciating. Think it s when my hip tilts. Now I believe my right cheek muscle are having spasms. Should I go to the Dr? Is there much that can be done? I take Baclofen and Gabapentin already for cervical dystonia. I also have Osteopenia because of these meds.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to trauma.

I would recommend to use anti-inflammatory medications for the pain.

I recommend using ice compresses for the pain.

I also recommend rest and immobility for some days.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi,
