Is Oozing Clear Liquid In An Open Wound In Arm Normal?

i cut my forearm, into the fatty tissue. I did not get stitches, but tried to keep cut clean and covered. although edges are healing well, the middle is still oozing a clear liquid and it is starting to have white spots. i just dont want it to get worse
