Is Operating The Spine Due To Compression For The Third Time Advisable?

In the year 1975 my spine C-3-4-5 was operated and twist a wire. In the year 2002 again my spine was operated and removed the said wire. Now I am feeling compression pain again. I was contact with Bombay hospital, Mumbai, Max Hospital Delhi, Fortis Hospital Delhi and done MRI, CT Scan, X-ray etc. As per the version of doctor’s of above hospital C-1, C-2 has compressed. Again compression available C-6, C-7 level also. Now I have decided to 3rd time operation of my spine in a high technology hospital. kindly suggest me on the above.
