Is Orelox Safe To Take During Pregnancy?

Hi yes please
I have been rather ill and landed up at the doctor yesterday and he put me onto Orelox. I am 5weeks pregnant and he says it is safe during pregnancy. the insert says to be taken with caution. I am really nervous now. Please would you give me your advice
