I have am due to get some ultovan tomorrow as I thought I was due on on Saturday but i feel as if I m going to come on tomorrow ? Can I still take the tablets will they reduce the bleeding - it s my 30th birthday Saturday and I really do not want to be on my period - help please

Yes the pill will cause a delay in your periods, whenever you are ready to have your periods discontinue the pill and you should have your period within 3-5 days. At times, some women do have a period much later than this period.
