Is Oxygen Concentrator Effective In Managing Shortness Of Breath While Walking?

I am suffering from COPD, Emphysema and Bronchoectasis some body told me to use oxygen concentrator this will enable me to walk normally as now I faces shortness of breath during walk I am 62. I saw some Chinese company selling portable can be used in car with 30% concentration. While other little bigger one table top are with 93% concentration. Kindly guide me which one will be most beneficial for me. With regards.
