Is Ozone Injection Advisable In Posterior Bulge?

Dear doctor, I had L4-5 posterior bulge & L5-S1 right paracentral extrusion with superior migration. L5 nerve root and narrowing the right lateral recess of L5. after some time it was ok and now i am having pain now and planning to take ozone injection. It is advisable to take it ? kindly suggest
