Is Pain Behind The Testicle A Symptom Of Testicular Cancer?

I am having some pain it seems to be behind my left testicle, but no lump. Some pain in the left groin that seems to kind of go down the side of my thigh and some lower back pain... I'm not really tired though...I have had back pain before due to a herniated disk L5-S1... Is it testicular cancer?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

According to my long surgical experience, testicular cancers are painless lump. The narrated symptoms here indicate possible calculus or gravels in the urinary system with referred pain. I recommend to undertake a Doppler ultrasound of the scrotum with sonogram of the abdomen and pelvis for the final diagnosis and further definite guidelines.

Feel free to post further doubts.

Thank you.
