Is Pain In Elbow And Burning Sensation In Stomach Related?

I am 48 . I Fill weak since 1 week. I feel shooting pain in m elbow. Also feel heavi in the inside of mi left arm. I had this a while ago and went to see the doctors. All the test result for heart condition and other basic test were good. I also have some burning in m stomach, and I think all is reslated to the stomac . What do ou think?
