Is Pain In Groin And Testicle Due To Pushing A Heavy Steel Cart?

Hi, My husband was pushing a heavy steel cart a couple days ago and since then he has been complaining of pain in the left side of his groin and testicle. He is 26 years old, 5'10", 175 lbs., and healthy. Could you please give some ideas on what some of the causes could be? Thank you.
