Is Pain In Lower Abdomen An Early Sign Of Pregnancy?

Hii doctor,
I am teja..F 26 yrs, married.from last 1 week I am getting backpain and if I bend down I am getting little pain in my lower stomach.i got period last month on time.i have a doubt regarding to whom I have to consult whether gynecologist or orthopaedic doctor. .? Is this a sign of pregnancy. .?

Hello Teja,thank you for asking.As per your symptoms,first get the pregnancy strip test(quantitative Beta hcg levels) to confirm pregnancy.In Early pregnacy there may other symptoms like nausea,vomiting,excess tiredness,change of food preferences,need to go to urinals frequently etc.Even Iron &Folic acid supplements need to be taken.If not pregnant you may need to consult orthopedician
