Is Pain In Right Side Chest And Shoulder A Symptom Of Heart Attack?

Can you experience heart attack pains on your right side...chest and right shoulder? I am a 66 year old female and I am going in for a stress test on the 28th of this month. I have had chest pain off and on my left side but two times now I have had pain on my right side. But the pain goes away and I feel ok.

Hi,
Coronary pain can be on both side, left or right.
But this pain can be due to pinched nerve problem due to osteo-artheritis of cervical spines as well.
But any how any cardiac ailment should be ruled out.
Stress test will give exact cause of having your chest pain like angina or any other cardiac ailment.
Meanwhile avoid long walking or strenuous exercise.
Ok and take care.
Ok and take care.
