I woke up yesterday morn i felt like i had a eyelash in my eye i rubd it to get it out ithought i got i and now my eyeball hurts and ishurting to close it .i take a bunch of med i have arterial heart disease is it somthing to do with my med or am i going to have another heartattach

It has nothing to do with your heart. Wash your eyes with cold water many times. Don't rub them. Visit an eye care professional, if the problem continues.
