Hi my father fell on right thigh on hard surface and since then has lateral thigh pain 9/10 (just below hip to just above knee) when weight bearing on affected leg going upstairs. Can walk around house without any discomfort and maintains a steady gait/ no signs of foot rotation. Femur xrays x3 today are neg.
