Hi There

After going through your query I understand your concern.

I would like to tell you that cervical neck pain may be a result of trauma, stress, poor posture, static or repetitive movements and this pain can radiate to upper arms. Cervical neck pain due to degenerative changes is unlikely to happen in adults.

Kindly take over the counter pain reliever like ibuprofen or naproxen and can also apply pain relief gel.

Hope to have been Helpful.

Kind Regards
Dr. Navneet Bansal
