Is Painful Legs, A Symptom Of Strep Infection In Feet?

Daughter (5) tested positive for Strep 2 days ago. I took her to the dr. for sniffles and slight sore throat. I didn't mention her complaints about pain in her upper legs. She is taking Azithromyacin. She still has pain in her legs. Is this a possible symptom of strep? I was diagnosed with strep in my feet once.
