Is Painful Lump On Vagina Sign Of Recurrence Of Pilonidal Cysts?

Hi! I have one painful bump on the left lower side of my vagina on the other lips that is very painful and itches around the infected area. It looks more of a soar than anything and stays very moist, there is no fluids coming out but it stays very moist. Ive had it for a day or so and i need to know should i admit my self to the hospital. It is painful to touch and even clothing rubbing it, and I also have problems sitting down without having pain. Ive had a pilonidal cyst before and is there any way this can be another cyst or just an infection.
