Is Painful Urination After Removal Of Right Ovary Concerning?

I just had my right ovary remove 6 months ago. I had a torsion ovary an a mass on that ovary. I also had two large cyst on the left ovary that cause hemorrhage. Now I m having pressure when I urinate that s painful. I spot days prior my menstrual and days after. I had an ultrasound stated my uterus measure 10.2×5.3×5.3 and echotexture appears somewhat heterogeneous. Endometrial stripe measure 10cm. Should I be concern

hi healthcare magic user, please rule out possibility of endometrosis.
endometrosis can spread to bladder and give rise to painful micturation.
please get urine routine microscopy test done to rule out infection.
