Is Paracetamol And Maxtra P Safe For My Toddler With Fever And Cold Symptoms?

Hi. I have a 2 year old daughter weighing 14kg, I have given 2 ml paracetamol and 2 ml maxtra p each for 101 fever along with running nose and sneezing. Is it right dose or I have overdosed my daughter? I have given it once but I am scared of side effects or overdose pls suggest
