Is Parkinsonism Curable?

I am 45 now, patient of Juvenile Myclonic Epilepsy and taking Encorate Chrono(Sodium Valproate Controlled Release) 500mg twice a day. Last year I was diagnosed with Parkinson Disease
Now I am taking Syndopa twice and Ropark 0.50mg Thrice but tremors of right hand are not in control. Can I resume my daily life?
Is it curable?
