Is Paxil Medicine Better Than Symbax For Depression?
I have been using symbax for depression and it has caused me to gain several pounds. I don't like the weight gain and talking to my sister-in-law she said that she uses Paxil and it has not caused any trouble for her. I am wondering if I might switch medications to see if I feel better and not gain any more weight.

This combination is for bipolar depression rather than unipolar depression. If you do not have any history of manic episode, then you can switch to paxil. It would not lead to any weight gain.
